Wtf?
 It appears that Midway and Warner Bros. Interactive are working together to make another Mortal Kombat title, but with DC comics superheroes joining in the fight club. I've seen a trailer of Batman and Sub Zero beating the crap out of eachother which I admit seems cool and makes sense since Batman is not an actual superhero, but he have such ablities as his martai art skills, and weapons as his bat boomerangs. However, with Superman it would seem pretty stupid to see how he would make his fights so damn easy since hes the so called "Man of Steel." Your thoughts? I hope it wont turn out to be utter shit like Rise of the Imperfects by EA games has. |

Hmm... I just found more information. So far, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Batman, and Superman will be in the game.
With DC characters being involved, it is expected that they will have something closer to "Finishers" than "Fatalities". I guess they want to make it more realistic in terms of DC Universe. Another thing, a new feature in the game seems to be fighting while falling. That means, if two characters end up flying through a wall and out of a building, they are likely to continue fighting while falling for greater damage. This should be interesting.

What were the developers at Midway smoking when they came up with this INSANE idea of merging DC characters with the Mortal Kombat universe? Time they should lay down the bong and take a second look at this idea.
Looks like its gonna be the worse MK game idea I ever heard.

To be honest, I think it would be a much better idea if they just include Batman and The Joker as guest characters for the new MK title like Darth Vader and Yoda introduced as guest characters in Soul Calibur IV and not the whole star wars universe against Soul Calibur universe, u know? So...yea Batman would be perfect as a guest character as he's an martai arts expert and for joker as perfect for joker fans since he is batman's worst enemy.
