I just sign up free trial from Gamefly.com for 10 days. When I checked the list and it showing all their ratings voted by gamefly members. Interesting those ratings could help us knowing which game is better. I am shocked to see Gears of War is 2nd top with 9.0 rating (12,000 members voted). I had been searching for website that show ratings and previews on games... now gamefly is the best one so far.

I added 14 xbox 360 games and 1 PS3 game onto my Q list.

I like Gamefly so far. They shipped Madden 08 today, and it should arrive to my house in Portland in 2-3 days BUT I won't be home till saturday evening. I am partly surprised they are able to send it to me today, I was worried that they would not have enough copies and I would have to wait a week or two for a copy of M08. I also will be the FIRST person to touch this copy of M08, so basically it will be NEW when I get it, and if I decide to keep it, I know I am the only person who touched the disc.

One of the big things I like about gamefly is the 'Keep It Now' price. I rented then bought Gears Of War for $25, while the same game will be $54.95 used at Gamestop/EB. Gamefly also seems to be the biggest online game rental service, so I am confident they will have more copies of games that I want and when they are new games, like Madden 08.

Some games seem too old or rare to qualify for 'keep it now' like Condemned, which I have for rent now from GF.

If Gamefly has not shipped any games to you, I would suggest remove ALL games from your 'GameQ' and only leave 2 games on it, one of them is Madden 08, so you can 'force' them to ship you a copy. If you have other older games available, they may choose to send you that instead of Madden 08. You can just add more games back to the Q when you get Madden 08 shipped. I also assume you added some future release games like Stranglehold, Bioshock, Stuntman, etc.

I had BioShock as my #1 and Madden 08 at #2... I saw it say Madden 08 avaibiable now. So I might be getting this since tons of people are buying this at store instead of renting it. So must be fewer peepz renting Madden 08?

Possibly. You should get an e mail tomorrow about M08 being shipped. GF has distributon centers in LA for West Coast, and in Pennsylviana for East Coast. You should get it on friday-saturday. I would also assume a lot of people are buying M 08 instead of renting it. I don't know how much GF will sell M08 for yet, but I read on another forum (PlayMagazine.com) that GF tend to sell NEW games for $40 average. Also M08 is 'not for sale' for a few days from GF, I dunno exactly why.

If you keep your GameQ free and only have BioShock for shipping next week (Future unreleased games are fine, I have a few, like DW: Gundam, Stuntman, Stranglehold, Katamari, Halo3 etc) you should get BioShock next week. From my perspective, BioShock will be a hot seller and a lot of people have jumped on the BioShock bandwagon since the demo came out. How do I tell this? GameFAQs's top 10 XBOX360 topics. 2 weeks ago BioShock is not there in top 10. then it is in top 5-7 last week. Then Demo is available, it zoooooomed to #1 in 24 hours. Now it has average 2000 topics everyday and whipped Gears of War, Madden 08, Halo3 as top number of topics about X360 games @ GameFAQs.

That would make worthy to try out game until I like and would buy own one. If one isn't worthy to keep, just play until I bore and switch other game

If you get GoW or Vegas shipped, then you won't get BioShock next week. I have read that it takes 2-3 days for the game to arrive to you, then 1 week for the game to go back to to them. If you are not in a hurry, then you'll be fine. I think you will like Vegas a lot.

It said they had shipped GOW. What was I supposed to do getting BioShock? Should I had just only get Madden 08 and leave my 2nd game Q list blank, but BioShock,until BioShock come out? I really want to get BioShock. So once GoW arrived I mail them back right away ... will that works?

Before you click 'Keep it' for GOW, take off Vegas and add vegas next week when you get BioShock shipped to you.

GF will send you the booklet and gamecase. That's another really nice thing about Gamefly. $35 for GOW on Ebay, and only $25 off GF, heh. I am pretty sure GOW is $54.95 at Gamestop/EB Games. I suspect that Madden 08 will drop in price a litttle by little each week or every 2 weeks, so I might keep M08 for a while then buy it at a price I feel comfortable with.

So far I like GameFly a lot.

Also, to compare a little between GOW and Vegas... GOW is more fun coop story, and multiplayer is a lot of fun, more like an arcade style with a lot of melees, etc. While Vegas is more hardcore FPS, and ALL guns can be used to headshot anyone. In GOW only 1 gun can headshot(I think).

I would also check to make sure that GOW disc is working properly. I thought about buying GOW, but I waited till I played it for 2 days and felt confident that the disc is in good condition before using the 'Keep it now' option.

I am a gamefly member too. If you keep it, you have to pay for a case and manual too. I did decided to keep Hitman Blood money and Moto JP and then I have to pay $1 or $2 for manual and case.

I just got my Gears of War case and booklet, they are in PERFECT condition. I am actually impressed. Sure beats getting games used at Eb/Gamestop.

Just got GoW and Madden 08 in today. GoW in good condition with slightly scratches on disc. Madden 08 in crystal clear codition! Will test them out tomorrow since my mom is visiting here tonite from 11 hours drive. More likely I will keep GoW and get BioShock (hopefully!)

Cool. Hit me up for some GOW. I'm still n00bish in that game but I'm getting better and better. Chuchin/Terminator teases me that I am '9 months' too late, and everyone has been playing it for 9 months. Despite that, I do have some pwnage moments.

Kept GoW for 30 dollars. The gameitself 24.95, 2.06 tax, and 2.95 s&h.

Now BioShock on #1 list. Tiger Woods 08 at #2, & Stranglehold at #3.

I defeated Condemned via using my old gamertag. I wish I can have that gamescore transfer to my new gamerscore. I dont want to start over again playing condemned which the boss at the end is soooo hard to beat! Took me a while to finally killed him. It is cool game.

Glad I am getting BioShock sooner. I dont see any keep it price next to BioShock. Maybe its not for sale now.

I just mailed Madden 08 back to gamefly today. How long does this mail usually take to get to gamefly center? I am from Texas and the center it goes to is in Calif. Reason because I am hoping to get Tiger Woods 08 which will be released on Tuesday. Will I be able have enough time?

Yea, Gamefly is best thing to check these games out before buy. And enough space on the game shelves at home. LOL

Could be less cost to rent them until finish them off instead buy one and lost money when sell to GameStop or game store.

I will join Gamelfy for my son who always finish games then sold to GameStop for less credit than he brought them there. At first, he need to do well at his school then give him reward.

I think the GameFly system will push out Gamestop/EB store system someday.

The word about GameFly return time is it takes about a week for you to send it back to them, but only a few days for them to get the rental game to you. I sent back Condemned on tuesday in hopes to get 1 of 3 new games coming out next week. I will post when I get a notification of it being received.
