Info about Schwarzenegger and anti-video game bill

Just check out this link for more info.
Video Game Voters Network: Send a Letter to Gov. Schwarzenegger

I'm glad that bill is unconstitutional but he's trying to appeal the ruling about bill.

When bill was passed, that would ban for under 18 to buy violent games, it don't matters if people who is 17 years old aren't accept to buy violent games.

He's just override ESRB's suggested on rating, same as not support and would rather to put label as violence and 18 or up on front of game cases, only in California, such as don't matters for Zelda, GTA, GRAW, Vegas six, Halo, WWE, DOA, Bully and more other violence games. For example, Zelda is rated at "T", that suitable for teenager then he would put 18 or up on Zelda, not care about ESRB and under 18 can't buy it, also can hurt video game industries.

Also would make fine to retail store for sell games to minors, not follow on ESRB's rating, it's followed on his rating, also probably make legal action on parent for let child to play this violent games.

I'm totally against on game bills, also I don't support AS for many years before it goes happen.

I like this to happen for them to ban on kids buying volient games. Teen games still voliate too. I wouldn't want my kid playing voliate games. I do understand it would hurt gaming industries which could led them to reduce awesome games for adults. But it doesnt scare me because alot of voliate games are still being made on PC.

I will rather to take Hillary's side, she's introduced the bill that require to enforce on ESRB, unlike AS does and AS is just want do own own if games is too violence then would make label as adult (18 and up).

I'm not same as you, If I have kids then I will let them to play games, whatever they want but I will make their behavior to be stable, as good and does not copy from games, that what parent is trying to influence, such as "games aren't real" and not floow that. I doubt that I will have kids, though, I don't need that.

I started to play GTA 3 when I was 13 years old, also for GTA, started at 10 years old since my parent don't care.

Personally, I 'd rather an OUTRIGHT ban of kids playing ANY M rated games AT ALL. I want the parents who buy them and allow kids to play any M games to be fined/arrested. For example, there are complaints of kids playing Rainbow 6 Vegas or Gears of War, and they are cussing a lot online, being dumbasses, using racial slurs etc, and doing stupid things online(kicking people, glitching, etc etc). The bottom line is they are not old enough or mature enough to play these games. BUT that would hurt the gaming industry tenfold, so I really don't know. I know for sure a 10-17 year old really really should NOT be playing a game like GTA.

I agree making T games labeled as 18 + are a bit much.

Yeah we can't mess with chicago people because they are dangerous! Look at what happen to A. Walker and Eddy Curry got robbed at their own homes in chicago. And Paul Pierce got stabbed in chicago too. (in case you wondered who those people... they are NBA players.)

Did you do it to them?

No, I don't live in southside, that ghetto of chicago but I don't pay attention to any crime issue on media, plus I'm from suburb of chicago, about 25 miles away.

Crime rate in Chicago is better than LA, no offense.

In a way, this is a good thing... because it's allowing people to put the blame on those who sold the games. It's like at the movie theaters.

Man...I miss the old days where no one cared if kids were playing games like Mortal Kombat or anything like that. Now all I hear is how's the game is rated. Blah. Just another excuse a parent would use if their kid screw up, imo.
