Messenger kit for 360 coming soon

I saw this cool keypad messaging for 360. It seem to be for chat online? I am not sure. It said IM messaging chat... what does it mean? Chat during online game or just throught xbox dashboard? It will arrive on Sept 6th. I need to know more info on this. Before selling my Elite which is currently on ebay and has about 5 days to go.

Found the information off the internet. Very interesting!!!!!

"Windows Live Messenger allows users of Xbox Live, Microsoft Windows-based PCs and Windows Mobile devices to connect and directly message each other. It is possible to chat with up to six people at one time, while playing games, listening to music, or watching movies. This complements the existing voice and video chat of Xbox Live. Users will see at a glance if their existing contacts on Windows Live Messenger have Gamertags.

Users of Windows Live Messenger on Xbox 360 can use the virtual keyboard accessible on Xbox 360, or by connecting any USB keyboard to the console. Microsoft will launch the Xbox 360 Chatpad, a small QWERTY keypad that will connect directly into the Xbox 360 controller to support text and instant messaging on September 6, 2007."

Use a 360 MSN IM (I think this does live chat during online games or I would be wrong), PM, or chat during online games (not all games but I know madden 07 does)
I use my KB a lot for 360.

MSN chat on Live is still like text messaging on Live. You have to stop the game to engage in converstation.

Zing, you're already selling the 360?

No it's still on ebay and no bids yet because I had the price up to 549.99 with FM2 and plug n play charge kit. I will not go less than that and if I do I will keep it anyway. But I am thinking of keeping 360 since more of my new friends around here wants 360 over PS3. Also there are alot of peepz from PSforums talking about they r having problems playing online. That sounds bad for PS3 but man I am confuses I like both systems but man I need extra money for games lol. Still stuck with no games here but FM2 the only one I own so far. I just ordered ESPN NFL 2k5 for PS2 to play on my PS3 today and I havn't play it yet but hopefully it works.

This text messaging for 360 got me thinking of keeping my Elite.

It's their responsible to fix the router, like open the port, enable DMZ, UPnP and disable on DHCP server to make games to running on online so well, it does same as Xbox 360.

It wasn't from PSN but it's actually from router issue like NAT.

If not then they need get ass to directly via modem.
