EA Reveals New PS3/Wii Titles

During a quarterly conference call held yesterday, EA confirmed that a number of new titles are in development and planned for release sometime in the future. These new titles include:

* The Sims 3
* Road Rash
* The Sims for Wii
* Simpsons game based on the movie
* New Lord of the Rings
* New SimCity
* Black 2

The company also revealed that The Sims 2: Holiday Edition is in the works for the PS3, with a release date of either holiday 2006 or early 2007. The games on the list above are scheduled to ship in fiscal 2008 (April 2007 through March 2008), with the exception of The Sims 3 which is scheduled for fiscal 2009.

The company also noted a few other tidbits, including both Crysis and Army of Two being moved back to fiscal 2008, and that it's happy and plans to stick with the $59 price point on next-gen titles.

Road Rash?! One of my most favorite game during Sega Gensis' time, cant wait to get that game!

The only EA games I'm interested in is Black 2 and Army of Two.
