I gotta add one game that I was like WOW! since I'm a racing game freak.

R:Racing Evolution (Namco/Namco Hometek)-PS2, xbox and GCN

R:Racing Evolution is Part 6 of the Ridge Racer series and this time around, they have real licensed cars (can you say "Calsonic JGTC Nissan Skyline GT-R R34"? LOL!) and real tracks like Monaco and Phillips Island, Australia.

The game even has pits and other drivers radio communications with flashing subtitles DURING a race! I tried R: Racing Evo at the GameCrazy where I bought my Project Gotham Racing 2. I was like whoooa when the subtitles popped out with communication from the crew chief by radio that I ended up hitting the wall and losing the lead!

So thank you Namco, I'm buying R:Racing Evolution after I'm done with Project Gotham Racing 2 (6 platinums down 158 to go...ugh heh)

I happen to believe that the new game, "Sonic Heroes" is subtitled also but I think many of you already know that so it's cool anyway

since Sable played a demo of "the suffering", another survival/horror game for Xbox and PS2 (and should be on GC also ) is subtitled, as well.

Well Halo is OFF the list because the assholes at Bungie didn't subtitle the cutscenes. I have played enough Halo on my xbox and the onscreen instructions are not considered subtitles since the speaking parts of the cutscenes doesn't have subtitles. BTW if u want to understand the Halo story better....pick up the 3 Halo books, "The Fall of Reach", "The Flood" (the story is the same as the game but more deeper) and "First Strike" (the story before Halo 2)

However I'm beginning to be Bungie's PITA to get the subtitles on Halo 2 before it is released and Im still digging for clues to make sure Bungie throws the subtitles in Halo 2's cutscenes. I don't care about new weapons, enemies, etc. Just the subtitles that is what I want for Halo 2 period.

OTOH Are you sure Morrowind for xbox has the subtitles. You'll have to pardon me since I'm not much a RPG freak myself. But I will check the screenshot sections of Gamespot's Morrowind coverage plus the Morrowind instruction manuals and add it to the subtitled list, but I would rather stay away from Bethshit Software since they're full of bugs (Pirates of the Caribbean comes to mind)

I dont think Morrowind has subtitles...in fact I thinkt that's what tekmortal "demands"...

But anyway, I'm hoping that RE4 would have subtitles on the GC, as well did Devil May Cry 2 and RE: Dead Aim did on the PS2, so Capcom should do that for the new RE coming to GC this fall. I've seen some pics taken from a special magazine at consolecity.com and I must say, the graphics are quite stunning and impressive...BUT the only difference is that it would be placed on first person mode, along with showing icons of health and ammo on the bottom right of the screen...I don't know what's the point of this is, but I just hope it would still kick ass, like the rest of the RE series.

The new title for GC, Metal Gear Solid : Twin Snakes for GC will certainly be subtitled when released.

Have you played Morrowind on XBOX yet?

Yeah I forgot about the Halo psuedo-subtitle stuff.

Well I chanced upon finding out the subtitles at the EBGames today. The 007: EON game was being demo'd on the xbox booth so I took a chance to check it out. Found the subtitle option on the menu and activated it. So that was how 007: EON ended up on the list today.

Didn't bite on buying 007: EON picking up R:Racing Evolution instead for $30. Going to wait until it drops to $30 or so to get 007:EON

Promising considering Pierce Brosnan and the other 007 regular actors are also acting in the game and that includes Shannon Elizabeth (American Pie! woot)

and JAWS is back! That SOB never dies!

and the gadgets in the game were totally rad esp the Porsche Cayenne Turbo goes invisible! *snickering*-wish I used 007's Porsche in Project Gotham 2 (However it's the first time ever Bond gets his hands on a Porsche both movie, book and gamewise)-The bike in question that u saw in the demo is modeled on the real British Triumph Daytona bike. I also had a demo of EON that came with my OXM Magazine and it was pretty decent but I havent played it much yet.

New addition to subtitles List:

Breakdown (Namco/Namco) -xbox only

I confirmed it via the game manual while at the EB Games today. Picked up a demo of Breakdown with my latest OXM magazine. Gonna try it out tonight.

This game is pretty unusual because it is a FPS in the style of Halo but with fist fighting added to shooting!

*shakes in disgust*

Most Gamecube games have subtitled.

Soul Calibur 2 has English Subtitled and Japanese dubbed. If you switch to Engish dubbed, then it will show no subtitled.

Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball has english subtitled with only Japanese dubbed. His English voice actor: Dennis Rodman. The opening FMV does not have English subtitled.

Gamecube's Phantasy Star Online Episode 1-2, and 3: you need to get keyboard: Powerboard, Sharkboard (coming soon), and ASCii Keyboard (only in Japan).

I forgot about PS1's Dead or Alive. It does not have subtitled (and no endings).

I have it.

My answer is no

Oh yeah... I am no Xbox fanboy.

Dead or Alive Ultimate should have english dubbed and no subtitled because it will require to play with Xbox Live.

I did play Dead or Alive 1-2 but DOA 1 has no endings. DOA 2 has ending with no subtitled.

Dead or Alive Ultimate is ported Saturn's DOA and Dreamcast's DOA 2 Limited Edition.
