Sony lied again?

One of the best selling titles for the PS3, "Motorstorm" dont accept 1080p and runs at 60fps.

Hah. I am not too surprised at this tactic by Sony. I am sure they are feeling the pressure of the 360, but are refusing to show it. I read today that Konami is cancelling 7 PS3 and Wii titles, and is rumored to be wanting to release games on the 360, since they eye Capcom's sucess with Dead Rising and the upcoming(pretty much guaranteed to be succesful) Lost Planet.

Oh my, it's the end of the world.

Well, I don't think they intentionally lied. It was the marketing big-shot who said it only to be corrected by one of its own.

Yup. It's all marketing. Remember Bill Gates proclaiming that "Halo 3 will be out the same day the PS3 comes out"? Heh.

It was from marketing...

Resolution is just define on lines that passes in one or two, also doesn't make much superior HD than they expected, also does MS lied to us about can capture 1080p via component cable then no but it was from marketing that MS made mistake, same goes on Sony.

Motorstorm isn't release until next couple of month and take time to fix with issue.
