Pssssstttt.....sneak preview of xbox Next!
Just found this link off Forzacentral.com and I was like whooooa damn MS just gave a sneak peek of what the xbox Next's interface would be like with preview of next gen xbox Live....

yeah...just like the Playstation 2 still use the Playstation controller from the orginal Playstation.
I wouldn't complain if Xbox Next still use the controller from the first console, since the controller S (smaller version) is so comfortable and smoothing, and I believe it's much more comfortable than the Playstation 2 controller.

True! I've had my hands on the "Duke" controllers and they were too big for my hands. Going to the controller-S was a perfect fit.
After a long time of playing xbox, I pick up a PS2 controller, and I didnt even feel comfortable with it! Anyways I think using the same controllers from original to next gen is a smart move since it is the device the players are the most initimate with. That should help with the transition from xbox to xbox Next. Sony really proved it with the PS/PS2 controllers. Now I just have to hold my breath and wait until E3 2K5 to see if MS will figure a way to make original xbox games backward compatiable with the xbox Next. |
