Heros is now CC on TV Network for Primetime, Daytime and Late Night Television Shows - NBC Official Site. If you want to go and watch the previous episodes, you can now watch it with captioning. It's the only show that has CC right now but hopefully NBC will apply it to their other shows and the other cable networks will start doing the same.

1.) Go to TV Network for Primetime, Daytime and Late Night Television Shows - NBC Official Site

2.) Select ‘Heroes’

3.) Select Episode

4.) Select Chapter

5.) Wait for the 30 second commercial to complete playback

6.) Click on ‘Extra Features’ on the top right hand corner of the video player

7.) Click on ‘CC’.

After doing that, you will see a window open OFF SCREEN on the RIGHT HAND SIDE displaying all dialogue.

I tested it myself and it does work. The off screen captioning kinda sucks but its better than nothing.
