what were people's favourite TV programmes and why? also did they learn you anything? This would really help my research

My favorite TV show of all time is Night Heat. Night Heat was a Canadian produced TV show aired on CBS Late Night after the local news back in the 1980s. It was interesting since it showed two dectectives during moonlighting hours solving crimes that occured overnight. One of early realistic cop show and one of first before Law & Order and CSI and others came along. What interested me more was that the style of the show fitted me well to my likeness but also the show was on set at various of real locations in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Having been there before, I understood where most of the show's locations were set or filmed at. What I learned? The style of TV show was made by people outside of United States after having been watching fully American produced programs in the past. It was a good departure from Americanized style of programs. It is like buying a New Beetle compared to what we have in US? That is my point.

Also I learned that a TV show can be filmed at night time since most TV shows are shown during the Day. Law & Order rarely show at night time.

I don't watch much tv .. I did enjoy watching Friends, Just Shoot me, and Dharma and Greg.

I like to watch game shows like Family Feud and Who wants to be a millionaire bec oneday you might see me on that show

Both 'Favourite' and 'Programmes' are correct. We spell it that way here in Canada.

for clear things up. Didn't know that some words are spelling differently in Canada.

As for favorite tv show, I like to watch tv date shows as I can pick up tips on how to get women

I like Prison Break because I like to see what they will do to elude cops and prove innocence. I like the black donnelies cuz I like to see family stick together plus I like mob stuff.
