This November 1st will be a landmark day for fans to celebrate the saga with two major releases in Star Wars home entertainment. The explosive and emotional finale to the saga,Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, arrives on DVD and Star Wars Battlefront II, the sequel to the most successful Star Wars game ever, arrives on Xbox, Playstation 2, Windows PC and Sony PSP formats.

whooa that's damn quick to put it out on dvd a few months after the release into theaters!

Now November looks like a good time to complete the collection of all StarWars movies for a lot of fans.

Yeah I'm looking forward to pick up star wars dvd and game. I also can't wait to see some of scenes in episode 3 that was never shown in the theatre.

Are you sure it will be released this soon? In the past, they have waited until after the Oscars before releasing it on DVD. Why? When a movie is released on DVD before the end of the year, it doesn't make the Oscars for the following year.

Movies released in May and June tend to be released onto the DVDs in October, November and December.

Star Wars III isn't exactly an Oscar contender.

it had happens to some of movies last year too they rush them in time for christmas this time with starwarsIII coming out in time for christmas it might be challenge on sales on starwars collections
