One thing I had going for me at the time that I dont have going for me now...

Age (I was 27 when I started) HUGE factor!

I cant remember what my eating habits were but I think it was pretty decent. I dont remember starving myself like I did when I had my eating disorder problem in my early 20s. I remember having a lot of Smoothies as meal replacements. Also, I know I did have my favorite foods but in moderation.

I worked out 5 times a week. 3 times with weighlifting for 30 mins and 45 mins of fat burning workout and then the other 2 times was 1 hour of straigtht up cardio (kickboxing classes for 1 hour).

I have been trying to get back into that routine again now but life seems more hectic here in Baltmore/DC than it was in AZ.

Ain't THAT the truth!! I am much better on my work out schedule in NC than I am in VA, even though the rec center is only a couple miles from my house in VA.

Not valid. its "humor" site.

Check out under group sex, being nice to everyone is 100 calories.

But probably more valid than burning 1,000 calories during orgasm. Although I did like how Shel quickly pointed out how this trainer got her really thin really fast. I was hoping that was how she knew it was 1,000 calories... but apparently not.

I saw what you were trying to point out.... But that would be prostitution, and we don't want to bring rolling7 in this thread, dont we?

It's not prostitution if you don't get paid.

I'm not surprised that Montana is 4th drunkest. They have a legacy of hard drinking from mining and ranching history. It cost so many lives though.
