For the past while I have been searching through airlines that fly to London, UK for a trip that we are taking in 2 years. I have always found, since the bankruptcy of Zoom Airlines, that this airline offers the cheapest price (and a direct flight) from Ottawa to London. However, because of the cheap prices I question the company's financial stability. Has anyone ever flown through Thomas Cook Airlines? Does anyone know about the financial stability of this company? Is this a fairly comfortable airline, or is it simple to tell that it is a low budget airliner? If anyone can offer me any information, that would be great. I did another comparison tonight and the difference between Air Canada's direct Ottawa-London flight & Thomas Cook's is $2000.
Sounds like Thomas Cook is a really good airline and I'm hoping that it is really popular, because hopefully that means that there is less chance of it going bankrupt. It is by far the cheapest airline to fly on to London, but the bonus is that it is direct from Ottawa to London... which isn't common.
