There is no event in D.C but I will be around on that day, I am unavailable on saturday night, 23rd due to that I am going to watch the hockey game with the family that I am staying with.

Yeah, DC area traffic are less heavy than NYC. Travel expense is cheaper in DC than NYC. Traffic congestion in NYC is worse each weekend when I had been there last few years ago. Expensive parking lots and expensive hotels.

DC is quieter than NYC. But no AD'ers will meet him in somewhere (pub bar).
