Your 2009 Travel Plan
What is your 2009 travel plan?
My friends and I will go to Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and Los Angeles for about 12 days in late July 2009. Then one month later, I will go to Australia for two to three weeks. |

I have no travel plans for 2009. I'll probably be staying in Texas the whole time.
I do plan on going to an anime convention in May 2009. (It's here in Dallas.)

I don't really have an exact plan for 2009. I'm just basically going along with the flow and see whatever comes up down the road.
In the summer of 2009, I might go to an annual Deaf camping gathering that is usually held in July on the border of Kentucky, Virginia and Tennessee.

Friend bought a repo'd yacht recently, is currently servicing the vessel and rigging it for a trip out to sea. Invited me and a couple of friends for a cruise, as it turns out, we just "volunteered" to be deck hands as well! Time to brush up on sea-going lingo! LOL

I know this seems kind of early to ask. But I was just wondering.
What are your summer plans for summer of 2009?? Mine probably will be worth of 2 weeks of Band camp of hourless training and memorizing probably a 10 page song for our band competitions. And Doing more band camp days in the summer. We usually have a Band camp at school memorizing music from 9AM-9:30PM. For Band camp at a college (Miami University in ohio) We'd get up around 5:30AM every morning, Go to breakfast around 7AM, Get warmed up around 9AM, Start Band camp until lunch which is 12PM, Then until 2PM is More Band camp, Until 5:30 is Dinner, Then Until 6:30ish Is more Band camp training, and then Until 10PM is finished for the day and the whole day starts all over again. Sometimes around 11AM before Lunch we'd have a attidude session that allows us to talk about what we could improve on, Keeps us motivated, Go down memory lane, And also gives us a chance to get out from under the sun from standing outside allday. Boy I miss those days last year. I'm not a rookie anymore in the marching band (My Band logo is my AD Icon on the left side) Now I'm a Veteran.

I'm ready for summer. I want Band camp more haha.We had a break after dinner. An hour break I think. And It was time for the Annual volleyball game with the Band directors/staff against Us; Marching Band Members. And Apparently rookies weren't allowed. But we had fun watching them. Anyways, It was Juniors and Seniors against Band Directors/ Staff. And I found out that the Band Directors/Staff CHEATED in the volleyball game. And They owed us some ice cream after they cheated. They made a bet. If the Jrs and Srs lost, They had to dress up like a clown. But if the band directors/ staff lost, they owed us ice cream on the last day of band camp of lunch. It was so much fun. But man, I don't know why they cheated. Didn't our teachers tell us NO CHEATING??? Hmm..Consequences will acknowledge them..
