Yes, Vermont is always beautiful place to go shopping. It is like a "old" town with nice buildings. It is not a modern city. Most cities outside VT are not that great. They don't care how their city clean. I think that Vermont residences are smart to take care of the nature stuff.

Pinky - If you are going to Cape Cod, you could rent a cabin and spend time traveling to Provincetown. It is a beautiful view of beaches there.

I used to rent a cabin in the past, and it has a lot of privacy. Here is the link: Cape Cod Bed & Barn .

It is very hard to find a hotel that is available or too much traffic in several hotel areas at the cape.

A woman, who owns rental cabins, used to be an interpreter. I think that you will appreciate to communicate with her which is no problem.

Two people who work for the Navy love the place where they rented their cabin, and they went there two times this year.

That's interesting. Me and my husband suppose go to Cape Cod for our honeymoon but change their mind. We went to Florida. We suppose go to NYC but it's expensive on budget. We can wait until next few years later. I hope the gas price will go down. We love to travel around the states and other countries.

I want to go Cape Cod because of lighthouse and festival. I love BEACH! I would like to go visit Boston downtown. I can't remember what is recall of tunnels.

I'm sure any road would be pretty because they ban billboards from being visible from state roads. The signs are little ones within a maximum distance from the business with only words and no ugly or stupid pictures. Sure they have those things made in Vermont and pure Vermont maple syrup.

I live in South Burlington and can vouch for this. It's a nice area to live in (expensive though!) and Lake Champlain is excellent.

There is also a Deaf happy hour at a bar in Burlington called 3 Needs, every Thursday on College Street. If anyone's in the area, please do stop by to introduce yourself. We have a pretty lively community.

The deaf community in southern Vermont seems to be centered on Brattleboro where the Austine school is. There are events there sometimes so you could visit there too.

Why did they ban billboards? It's sound good to eat a pancake with Vermont Maple Syrup. Umm How long is VT go to Canada? Is not that far away right? Have you even go to Canada from VT's border?

I've been to Quebec many times. I grew up 10 minutes away from the border.

Billboards are ugly and have no place in Vermont. The law against those was passed in the early 1970s and has stood ever since.

That what I thought. It's very close to Canada. I found a news link of Vermont banned Billboard.
