Man I'd throw up...

Makes me sick...

My mom would hate this sh**--sorry, not meant to curse in here...

This is not environmentally-friendly...

(Minutes later...)

Has there been a thread about what hotels we should look out for when travelling? If not, maybe we should create a thread then. I've not been visiting AllDeaf for a while.

I onced stayed in the cheapest motel in Las Vegas once with Oakley along with my mom n sister, we slept on couch... But first once we opened the couch to become a bed, we saw a blood on the sheet and we immediately reported and got transfer to another room *shudder*

I've stayed at least one bad hotel in Nevada, where there were cockroaches in the bathroom, couldn't find another good hotel, we had no choice, stayed there just for the night.

In Scotland after a cold spring at my hotel, I was disappointed to find a cold water, no hot water running from hot tap. I need bath. I want to complain to the Owner but my husband said "No, it won't hurt after we only stay here for one night" !!!

And again we stayed at a motel in Australia, the room is full of Mozzies flying around, too many flies buzzing, and there is no fly spray around, so I tried to kill it with my newspaper rolls and hit it on the wall, leaving some left blood stains on the wall, bad sleep at that night!!

It does happen to me in 1997.

When we were on trip to Reno for visit some of my families then we did checked in and not realize that blanket, where it was under comforter and found a horrible stain, it was from poop or chocolate food and remove it SOOO quickly then threw on floor. That's make me so sick, also I did reported to my parent then complained to manager about shit stuff in room.

I have never stayed in a bad hotel/motel in my life. All of them seemed clean and in good shape.

But once, I did sleep in the cheap Motel in White Lake, Michigan but they are very neat but no cold water also they have lousy laundry soap, use the soap that I'm allergic to it, so sad! During my ex boyfriend rent that room, not me! It's called White Lake Motel

I once stayed at a hotel that had one bathroom for everyone to share on each floor (ugh), and the hotel bedrooms were crap... peeling wallpaper, smelled funny, and just was icky.

We had a bed that was broken (it was sagging in the middle) and the power buttons and channel switching buttons on the tv weren't working, I had to use a key to insert inside the tv to either turn on or off the tv or change channels.. ugh.

My mom, my daughter and I went to California to go to Disneyland. We stayed at this hotel that had character. The water had a mind of its own..would come on whenever it felt like even though we turned it on. The hot water would come in spurts and go away and then appear again while taking a shower. The elevator was very jerky that my mom and I couldnt even talk to each other. The beds were clean but we found dead huge beetles under the bed. The best of all..when we got in the elevator, other a man with 3 women who wore next to nothing came in the elevator and they were drunk or high. They started feeling each other up and my 8 year old daughter was watching the show so I covered her eyes. We told the manager that we wanted a refund so we got it and went to another hotel nearby. Looking back, my mom and I can laugh about it.

Seeing those pics makes me not want to stay at hotels anymore.

i refuse to go to those hotels.. this is why i love to stay in big brand name hotels like

bestwestern, holiday inn, days inn, doubletree, and so on.

after my family sleep in cheap motel in wisc. it is in my mind for life.. cuz of the bed is awful, carpet stains, floor stains, and many more.. they choice it because all hotels are full.
