I prefer sleep in nice and clean! I went to Castle Hotel Doubletree in Orlando. It's very beautiful and expensive. It's great romantic with my husband on honeymoon.

I don't know how these hotels can operate and make money in America. I went to a hotel that is supposedlly approved by AAA.

Travel Lodge hotel charged a 100 dollars or more, and there were no towels except the small ones with toothpaste on it. The probably re-hang towels they don't see dirty. Gross! We went to the housekeeper who don't wear uniforms for clean folded towels.

I don't even know if they wash the bedsheets and covers. The covers were really old. They don't seem to have updated since they opened that hotel.

I went to a Howard Johnson Hotel, and the bathtub had stains. There was a missing towel rod. The room smelled of food .

Was it a hotel or a motel?

Hotels are usually all inside and motels are where all rooms are accessed from outside. Motels are usually dirtier than hotels.

There's other situation in 2001 when visit Orlando and 2004 when visit PCB, 1 was in vacation house and other in nice condo, both of them have bad TV, I had trouble to settle the CC, CC won't work then I had watch it without CC, also 1 TV was poor picture quality and little colored snowy. There's no broadband internet or WiFi at this time, I had use dial up via AOL, very unusual and slow, online video weren't dominant at this time either. Recently, I don't have problem with vacation house in Orlando that I slept in last summer.

I hopefully that wouldn't sleep in bad hotel when relocate back to LA in Dec 2008.

I believe that dept of health is suppose to inspect in hotel or motel, if any contain issues then should be fixed or wouldn't allows guests to sleep.

Haha, that's cool pictures.

Just go to Chinhuahua, Mexico. There were plenty of cockroaches underneath the bed where I used to sleep. I killed them all with my shoe. Actually, the hotel room wasn't too bad. Way better than those pictures.
