I can't follow up this one because we do not know until she become the president. She will tell us the exact plan after reading Bush's documents to see if there is any default payment. Who knows.

Dunno.

What is her plan for illegal aliens?
I think that she wants them to get legal documents otherwise they will be thrown out of U.S. because some of them have criminal records that we don't want them to live in our country, especially they invade our American jobs. She wants them to register to become a legal citizen and then get a drive license so that they are required to pay their taxes.

What is her plan for dealing with terrorists?
Dunno. She will drunk with them at a night bar so that they would realize how friendly she is. There would be no more attacks forever.

What is her plan for the war in Iraq?
She wants our soldiers to come back home and protect our true country.

Well, I think that she will have to deal with that.

Provide Tax Relief to Ensure Affordability: Working families will receive a refundable tax credit to help them afford high-quality health coverage.

Limit Premium Payments to a Percentage of Income: The refundable tax credit will be designed to prevent premiums from exceeding a percentage of family income, while maintaining consumer price consciousness in choosing health plans.

Create a New Small Business Tax Credit: To make it easier-not harder-for small businesses to create new jobs with health coverage, a new health care tax credit for small businesses will provide an incentive for job-based coverage.

Strengthen Medicaid and CHIP: The Plan will fix the holes in the safety net to ensure that the most vulnerable populations receive affordable, quality care.

Launch a Retiree Health Legacy Initiative: A new tax credit for qualifying private and public retiree health plans will offset a significant portion of catastrophic expenditures, so long as savings are dedicated to workers and competitiveness.

5. A FISCALLY RESPONSIBLE PLAN THAT HONORS OUR PRIORITIES

Most Savings Come Through Lowering Spending Due to Quality and Modernization: Over half the savings come from the public savings generated from Senator Clinton’s broader agenda to modernize the heath systems and reduce wasteful health spending.

A Net Tax Cut for American Taxpayers: The plan offers tens of millions of Americans a new tax credit to make premiums affordable-which more than offsets the increased revenues from the Plan’s provisions to limit the employer tax exclusion for health care and discontinue portions of the Bush tax cuts for those making over $250,000. Thus, the plan provides a net tax cut for American taxpayers.

The only thing that we fear is Medicaid's policy. This policy stated that it takes away your house when you (owner of the house) die if you have a Medicaid. That's really bad policy. I don't think that any leader talks about that.

It does not matter if you do not have a Medicaid because in one day, you lose your job and difficult to find a job. You do not have much choice to apply for it. I learned that many deaf people are not alone are having very difficult finding a job. Many hearing people do NOT have a patient to listen to a relay agent. Video Relay services have been improved, but nothing is perfect yet. I thought that it was not a big deal, but I was wrong. Maybe, we could submit a letter to a new president to see if she/he could help us out a better way and especially change the Medicaid policy.

Well Reba, I would love to answer your questions but I am still un-decided who I am voting for in the general election even though I already voted in the mail for our State's primary. Also, I don't like to divulge who I am voting for as I don't necessairly believe it is anyone's business.

So far, the majority responses seem to be Hillary is a woman, Hillary has a health care plan, Obama is black and young, and neither one is a white male Republican. Wow, such deep analysis!

This policy stated that it takes away your house when you (owner of the house) die if you have a Medicaid. That's really bad policy. I don't think that any leader talks about that. It does not matter if you do not have a Medicaid because in one day, you lose your job and difficult to find a job. You do not have much choice to apply for it. I learned that many deaf people are not alone are having very difficult finding a job. Many hearing people do NOT have a patient to listen to a relay agent. Video Relay services have been improved, but nothing is perfect yet. I thought that it was not a big deal, but I was wrong. Maybe, we could submit a letter to a new president to see if she/he could help us out a better way and especially change the Medicaid policy.
