deaf people in the workplace

Hi, i'm doing a paper and speech on communicating with deaf clients and co-workers. I myself am not deaf, but would really appreciate some inside information on any problems that have been encountered in the workplace and how they have been overcome. Any and all help would be highly appreciated!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Talking A Great Idea!

I say alll businesses should hire the deaf.
They can work just has good has anyone.
If you can go to a company, ask if they have any deaf employees, and see if you can interview them, and add it to your paper.
Good Luck!
