President term

Just wonder about your opinion on president serve on 4-year term. As we know that they change to 2 terms instead more that Roosevelt Franklin had (4 terms).

I look up on Mexico, they limited to 1 term which is serve for 6 years. It got me to think that some people complain that president may have power of abuse or something.

I mean, are you satisfactory with US's term that goes to 8 years per term?

I think 8 years is good enough. It gives the president enough time to deal with things that are unfinished.

I would prefer to have one term limit - 4 years and we will be more democratic than ever.

Two terms are good enough. Before Roosevelt Franklin, most presidents only had their one or two terms. That is what I know of. So, I would rather to see every president have only two or less.

1 term = 8 years? You could be right, it sound about right without go thru the trouble with election. However, I understand it probably boost on good and service for business. idk. I used to think president would need to have one term to serve for a decade. Too long?
