Love Metallica. Motley Crue is ok.

Metallica has been around since the late '80's, they are still young.

Metallicas' early stuff (Kill em all & Ride the Lightening) are their best I reckon. Whiplash really is the ultimate Metal song..
Dave Mustaine (Megadeth) was in Metallica for about 2 years and co-wrote some of Metallica's early songs.
 
I ****ing love Metallica! I saw them live back in 2003 but unfortunately I wasn't their fan at the time.

Devil's Dance and Until It Sleeps are my favorite songs by them. I also love Holier Than Thou.
