Non profit Audiologist sells hearing aids the price companies sells them. For profit sells them at a mark up.

The markup is usually for all the appts you may need during the first year to tweak the HA to your satisfaction and may include a years supply of batteries.

I would go for the cheapest which also includes fittings/adjustments appointments included in the price.

Yeah, i'm gonna go with the cheapest, I mean 7600 vs 4600 is a big diff. I'm going with the Oticon Opn BTE 13.
