What must a user do to be able (possible) to have a signature please?

Thank you. Such as for example make 15 posts, what must a user do to be able to have a signature?
 
Click User CP in the top left corner and look on that side of the screen, you'll see an option to edit signature. I don't know if it takes X amount of posts or whatever, but that's how you do it. :dunno2:
