Vegan asian stirfry curry over a bed of cauliflower

This was really tasty I got some curry paste from Trader Joe's .

It has fresh thyme Asian Curry it was nice use the ccauliflower instead of the rice because it brings such a buttery light flavor to it .
 
It would be better if you take your time to mash the cauliflower .to make it look a little bit more like rice but I was lazy so I just throw bit underneath a little mashed . the vegetables and put cauliflower on at side but it's a great day shall try it out guys .
 
Interesting, substituting cauliflower for the rice.
 
seems like it would be good! I avoid white rice but do like brown rice...but prefer the idea of the cauliflower over both rices :)
 
Broccoli and cauliflower are my favorite veggies. Is curry spicy? I don't like spicy food.
