Usb type c vs micro usb on these smartphone

I am talking about USB C and micro USB. I am using micro USB on my smartphone but I have issue with micro USB port on my smartphone. I noticed that micro USB port has broken easily when USB cable plugged in my smartphone. I believe every phones still have issue with micro USB port.

I think phones' manufacturers already stopped make micro USB port on it after fall 2015. Right now, newest phones do have USB typed C port as well as it do not have issue. I don't say micro USB cables are bad.

I will have upgraded new one which it will have USB typed c.

Anyone experienced between micro USB and USB typed c.
 
USB Type C has more bandwidth than micro USB and capable to make phone smaller and thinner.

All Apple devices, beside Mac use lightning port.
