Very sad news.
We never know what people go through. God bless him for his service to our country and watch over his family, who no doubt are struggling to find answers....
I've read his book. it's a good page-turning book. I will read The Red Circle because the author trained Chris Kyle.
I haven't. But I plan on picking up a copy next week.
The jury found the killer guilty, and he was sentenced to life without parole.
I didn't see a motive for this, did you?
Nothing that makes sense.
But enough for a conviction, apparently.....heavily circumstantial perhaps....
The motive was mental illness. The guy has a long documented history of it. It is another case where mentally ill people should not have access to firearms.
The mother neglected to tell Mr. Kyle that the son had threatened violence in addition to other health related details.
Why not death penalty for this killer?
I read that they were making fun of him before he killed them.
That is a poor reason to kill the men. The guy said he was using drugs and drinking before he shot the men . I am glad the jury found him guilty .
Separate names with a comma.
