everyone, i will have little education here for you..

if you do grilled some onion without any add.. yes it is very healthy!

because it will build up about 4 grams of fiber itself! imaga ya!

if you dont grilled or burn it or eat raw, then it is ok ..

example if you eat raw onion ,, then you get 2 grams of fibers but the problem is you get a bloated! ugh..

example if you burn it, then you wont get fiber at all! sad one..

if you dont grilled,, same thing like i say about other example..

i learned from someone who is an advanced nutritation..
 
Eh? Sounds odd to me.

Where did that someone learn this?

I have a few friends who were so-called advanced nutritionists, and they still got their facts mixed up.

i remind when i was teenagers my old babysitter cook onion on stove its looks delicious!!

i would try to cook onion on stove or George Foreman's grilled will be good taste with cooking oil....
