FIREBALL WHISKEY CHEESECAKE SHOTS

Crust:
1 1/2 Cups Graham Crackers
1/3 Cups Brown Sugar
1/3 Cups Melted Butter

Filling:
2 - 8 oz. Packages Cream Cheese
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
1 Pint Heavy Cream
1/3 Cups White Sugar
1/2 Cups Fireball Whiskey

Topping:
Cherry Pie Filling
1/2 Cups Fireball Whiskey

Pineapple Upside Down Shot
Great party Recipe!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup (180 mL) boiling water
1 3-ounce box pineapple Jello gelatin
1/4 cup (60 mL) cold water
1/2 cup (120 mL) vodka
1/4 cup (60 mL) butterscotch schnapps
1/4 cup (60 mL) Irish cream
Maraschino Cherries

Directions:
Dissolve the gelatin into the boiling water in a large bowl.
Measure and pour the schnapps, vodka, Irish cream, and cold water into the bowl. Thoroughly stir until well mixed. Allow the mixture to cool a little.
Add a maraschino cherry in plastic shot cups.
Carefully pour the Jello mixture over the cherries.
Chill in the refrigerator to allow the mixture to fully set and harden.

In glass:
Muddle watermelon

Add:

1/2 oz. (15 ml) Sky Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Bacardi Rum
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Cointreau
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Dekuyper Watermelon Pucker
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Watermelon Monin
Add ice and top off with lemonade

Yellow Layer:
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) CakeVodka
1/2 oz. (15ml) Pineapple Juice
2 Tbsp Yellow Cake Mix

Red Layer:
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Cherry Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Grenadine
1/2 Cup Frozen Sweet Dark Cherries
Ice
Blend

*Green Layer:
2 oz. Creme De Menthe
2 oz. Vodka
Vanilla Ice Cream
Blend

*White Layer:
2 oz. Rumchata
2 oz. White Chocolate Liqueur
Vanilla Ice Cream
Blend

*Red Layer:
2 oz. Strawberry Liqueur
2 oz. Vodka
Vanilla Ice Cream
Blend

Rim the glass with green & red sugar.
 
SHRIMP MICHELADAS

SHIRMP+MICHELADAS


1 lb. shrimp peeled and deveined, tail on
Beer Mix (that has already came prepared)
Pour into your favorite glass cup.

Clamato cocktail
Calilada mix beer
Fresh Lime juice
Lime wheel
Cucumbers slices
1 Beer of your preference
Mini bottle tabasco hot sauce
Salt and tajin

Garnish with:
shrimp,Cucumbers slices on the rim
lime slice on the side and beer.

VALENTINE'S DAY HEART SHAPED JELLO SHOTS
WHITE LAYER:
1/2 Cup (118ml) Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup (118ml) Water
2 Packets Non-Flavored Gelatin
Let the mix heat and dissolve, then add:
1/4 Cup (59ml) Sugar
Allow the mix to cool, then add:
1/2 Cup(118ml) Vodka

Pour contents into a greased baking pan. Leave in the fridge to harden.
Cut off the bottoms of 12 maraschino cherries and place in baking pan about an inch and a half(25mm) apart from each other.

RED LAYER:
1 Cup(237ml) Hot Water
1 Package Cherry Jello
Allow mix to cool, then add:
1/2 Cup(118ml) Cherry Vodka
Gently pour mixture on top of the hardened coconut mix - do not fill to the top, the cherry will float and not stay upright. Place in fridge to harden.

Slowly cut through the jello with a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Too much pressure will split the shape.

4th of July Jello shots!

4TH OF JULY JELLO SHOTS

1 Cup UV Raspberry Blue Vodka
1 Cup Coconut Rum
1 Cup Strawberry Vodka
3 Cup Hot Water
4 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 oz. Berry Blue Jell-O
3 oz. Strawberry Jell-O
4 Packet Knox Unflavored Gelatin
1 Star Mold
1 Flat Pan

1) Blue Layer: Pour 1 cup UV Raspberry Blue Vodka. Add 1 packet of gelatin. Add berry blue jell-O. Add 1 cup of hot water. Stir until jell-O and gelatin have dissolved. Pour liquid into flat pan and place in fridge to set. Make sure this layer is properly firm before pouring white layer.

2) White Layer: Pour 1 cup Coconut Rum. Add 2 packets of gelatin. Add 1 cup of hot water. Add sweetened condensed milk. Stir until jell-O is dissolved and the sweetened condensed milk is properly mixed in. Pour liquid on top of blue layer and place in fridge to set. Make sure this layer is properly firm before pouring red layer.

3) Red Layer: Pour 1 cup strawberry vodka. Add 1 packet of gelatin. Add strawberry jell-O. Add 1 cup of hot water. Stir until jell-O and gelatin have dissolved. Pour liquid on top of white layer and place in fridge to set. Make sure this layer is properly firm before moving on.

4) Use star mold. You may need a knife to help in removing the star shapes.

Lynchburg Lemonade

Jack has always been more than just whiskey. So this recipe is more than just lemonade. It’s a long cool refreshing drink made for those long hot days. Although folks in Lynchburg would say it’s best enjoyed any day you darn well choose.

INGREDIENTS:
- 35ml Jack Daniel’s Old No.7 Tennessee Whiskey
- 15ml Triple Sec
- 2 Squeezes Fresh Lemon
- Lemonade
- Cubed Ice

GARNISH: Lemon Wedge
GLASS: Tall highball glass
METHOD: Mix all ingredients together in a highball glass and stir. Garnish with a lemon wedge or two.

PREPARATION
1. Create coca cola ice cubes and place in freezer to harden.
2. Add ice cubes to blender and combine with jack daniels.
3. Pour into glass and garnish with cherry. Enjoy!
