My wife had become very huge after her delivery. She tried a lot to reduce her weight. Consulted so many doctors. But nothing bore the fruit. Recently, I came across n article that speaks about swimming. It says that swimming can reduce belly fat. Is it true? Do share your thoughts.
 
1. No sugar, no bread, no junk food
2. run forest run, run, run
3. dead lift/weightlifting is best way to burn the fat in belly area to create ABS really fast
4. sex more often
5. DO NOT eat after 730pm, water is okay
6. sleep 7-8 hours daily to boost up the metabolism

if your wife follow this, your wife will hand me a plenty of roses in July.

I don't think she will have time to run because of her baby.
 
Swimming is a sport that helps the body to lose weight very well, but besides, your wife also needs a proper diet. Cut down on calorie intake, every day reduced a little, do not reduce too much will affect health. Split into multiple meals, one day for six meals instead of three meals, if your wife feels hungry can give her something to eat such as sweet potato, sticky rice will be less hungry. Jogging is also a good choice for you to refer.
