Service Representatives (SR) work in a call center handling requests from existing or new customers for installation, disconnection, or changes of telephone systems and services.

This position is in our Center for Customers with Disabilities. Conversational fluency in American Sign Language is a must. SR’s discuss, investigate and resolve customer billing disputes as well as assess customers’ needs and recommend new telephone products and services.

Mandatory job performance results must be met, including those objectives set for; sales, call-handling times, and customer courtesy. This position involves sitting at a computer workstation and using a telephone headset while processing continuous incoming calls. The successful applicant will possess customer service, sales and keyboarding skills. In this demanding sales environment, hours may vary and may require evening, holiday and/or overtime hours.
