Well, :welcome: to AllDeaf even if you are not new here. It look like no one knows your deaf lady by the name of Randy or username if she is a member of this forum. I don't know her at all. I hope you have good luck finding her. :wave:
 
Long lost soul mate. I actually bumped into her on the road but didn't realize it till later...had a hunch but she had dyed her hair ... it was a far different location....she hadn't aged ....she was trying to give me the hint but I was paranoid as on the road and had lot of money on me late at night. Kick myself in the rear....can't get her out of my head. Have reasons to believe she lives in that area. just want to connect ok thanks
