Resound hearing aids

I hope this will not be removed as spam. I have 2 resound hearing aids that are still under warranty. I have a family emergency and I have to sell them asap. I'm selling them for WAY under what they are worth because I need the money. Does anyone know where I can sell these? They are in like new condition.
