Thanks, these are all digital pictures, where I originally took film pictures, not bad for a beginner in the digital world.

There is also a bit of... "cheating" film you had to ha e skills to know the shot and guestimate what all you had... but you never knew for sure until after it was dry... digital you know on the spot if you need a reshoot or move a little or need to wait a little linger for the light... adjust your filter...ect

Nice my SIL and I were in the hospital at same time... she had twins... think born a few days ahead of mine... it is fun when cusins are that close...

I'm in one of these but the view is the better part. My wife took these on a hike we did a few weeks ago. It's Lake 22 in the North Cascades in WA.

WA state is full of pretty hikes. We've done a dozen or so and I'm still blown away by the views. This was one of the better ones too. It was even raining the day we went but it cleared up enough for some good photos.

Hope you don't mind me sharing too! The landscape at night one was taken last night while trying to catch the meteor shower. ..but had a little too much cloud cover to do much. Anyone else get to watch that?
