Quick Survey to improve phone calls between deaf people

I'm doing research for a university project that aims to help hearing-impaired people communicate with each other over the phone (with a better system than what is currently being done). Question 5 is the same as Question 4.

There is at least one other app out there that just came out similar to what you were asking about in #6- called Verbatim I think it is. I wouldn't mind trying others though.
