I have been visit at forums most of times are lists below.
1. DAILY ROTATION (one of the best forums everything in one place to visit within forums.)
2. Windows 7 Forums (Best for Windows 7 stuff)
3. nVIDIA Geforce 480 470 285 260 9800 275 295 GT GTX AMD ATI Radeon HD 5870 5850 5770 4890 X2 - Guru of 3D: PC Hardware Reviews (Best for hardware like video cards etc..)
4. [H]ard|Forum - Powered by vBulletin [H] (Champion for Overclock and general)
5. XtremeSystems Inc (High-end Overclock stuff)
6. Tom's Hardware: Hardware News, Tests and Reviews (Best reviews for all hardware and benchmark)
7. Home - AnandTech :: Your Source for Hardware Analysis and News (best reviews vary)
8. Welcome to Fudzilla (best info news)
9. Technology content trusted by users all around the world :: TweakTown USA Edition (best gigabyte mobo overclocked)
10. MBReview.com - Home of the Motherboard Review Database (Best motherboards reviews)
Some others forums i forget and if you haven't visit some forums above and try visit from there.

4. Pricewatch (look for great deals price)
Some other place I don't order at bad places, ripoff, etc...
