Here is my latest addiction - Eggs Benedict - I am on a quest to search for the best Eggs Benedict recipe ever!!! Instead of using English Muffins, I used Portobello Mushrooms cuts down on the carbs for those peeps that are diabetic. Hope you enjoy the recipe.
