I could go on.... Different laws for different states, but those laws only differ by the amount of time you have to wait for the owner to claim the lost property... 30 days, 60 days, 90 days ect. The business owner could provide proof it was hers obviously because she had it on film... and the money was in an establishment so he could have found the manager.
