PA abortion doctor charged with murder

This man wouldn't exist if the market isn't there.

If there is a market for murder, the guy who does the murder is called a hitman.

When caught they go to prison. The person who hired the hitman is guilty too.

It is against the law to abort viable babies.

the so called "market" meaning the woman who let this monster kill their babies, should be charged too.
Historically, in America, the mothers aren't prosecuted. They weren't prosecuted even when abortion was illegal in the USA.

It's not completely illegal. It can be performed to save the life of the mother.

Infanticide is not legal.

I have no words to describe how outraged I am with that monster.

I don't think he deserves the death penalty. It is too good for him. Send him to a super max federal prison in Colorado where he gets an hour outside everyday, by himself, and gets fed through a little slat in his door.

No human contact for the rest of his life.

Are you talking of the one near Canon? I have driven by it and read the signs:
DO NOT PICK UP HITCHHIKERS! A couple years later I found out it was a supermax facility.

Reba did your church celebrate the Sancticity of Life this Sunday? Our church had special music and a drama skit and the sermon as well as a rose ceremony the memorialised children who were aborted for other than medical reasons. We also made a memorial for parents who had miscarried babies. Our own youth minister's wife had miscarried a set of twins. It was definitely a tearjerker service. A lot of the women had wet eyes.

I made a mistake at 19 but I decided that when I found out I was pregnant that the mistakes end there and let's start doing what's right. I decided to keep and raise the child. Now I have a wonderful 7 year old daughter that lights up my life and calls me mom. I am so glad that I did not get an abortion. I just felt like I didn't need to take the 'easy' way out. It's not her fault, so why should she have to pay the ultimate sacrifice for my mistake? I cannot fathom as a mother ever aborting my child. I may have been 19 and stupid but I just did not feel right about having an abortion or about giving her up for adoption. I just felt like the right thing to do was to step up and be a mother.

Florence, CO.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ADX_Florence

ADX Florence was constructed as a response to two incidents that occurred on October 22, 1983, in which inmates murdered their escorting corrections officers at the United States Penitentiary in Marion, Illinois. Relatively lax security procedures allowed each prisoner, while walking down a hall, to turn to the side and approach a particular cell so an accomplice could unlock his handcuffs with a stolen key and provide him with a knife. Two officers were killed in two separate incidents by this tactic.[4]

As a response, the prison in Marion went into "permanent lockdown" and transformed itself into a "control unit" prison. This penal construction and operation theory dictates that inmates remain in solitary confinement for 22–23 hours each day. They do not allow communal dining, exercising, or religious services.

It's the same with partial-birth abortions. They just deflate the baby's skull in order to declare it a legal abortion.

Disgusting.

Thank you for sharing that story Dixie. You have a seven year old that I am sure, is very grateful you made a good decision.

Oh Lord, I am SO embarrassed! I thought DOH was Deaf or Hard of hearing.
Sighhhh...Senility hits me already??? Arghhhh.
Ahh, that's where the confusion originates. OK, that would be kinda strange to blame it on the deaf. Yes, in this case, DOH=Department of Health.

Tragic. The only reason why those women went to him is because they were scared off by the Anti choice protesters at the local Planned Parenthood.

And it begins. Lately, I've felt inspired to make a board game called "Blame the Others". That way, people can fulfill their needs to come up with nonsensical ways to blame people who are totally innocent so they feel less of a need to do so in real life and embarrass themselves. It'll go thusly:

*draw a card* "Aliens from outer space invade Earth. Find a way to blame..." *draw another card* "pro-lifers".

The only reason they went to him is because he was the only monster that would perform this execution. Did you read the article, or is this just a "freedom of choice" kneejerk reaction? Here is a quote from the article, in case you missed it:
"A doctor who cuts into the necks severing the spinal cords of living, breathing babies, who would survive with proper medical attention, is committing murder under the law," he said.

Women who came to the clinic were given medication to induce delivery, and the viable babies were killed by Gosnell and his associates, Williams said.
These babies were born, then killed. What part of that is ok?

Abortion is currently a legal procedure. You are making an issue out of the protesting of this procedure, and finding that an option to avoid the protesters includes patronizing this clinic. How far away from going back to the abortions of the dark alley days are people willing to go to avoid the chanting of the Pro-life movement?
No need to reply. Your use of the term "anti-choice" says it all. Maybe the pro-life people could adopt that slogan for the babies murdered at the clinic in PA.

I heard recently that large percentage the "choices" are NOT made by the mothers but by others (father of the child, parents, etc).

Yes. I do not debate abortion, but this topic is about babies born, then killed. It really ruffled my feathers.

Some of these "choice" people use abortion as birth control: "Oops, having a baby right now is not convenient" or "money is tight" and that is also not something I can easily accept.

Why do they wait? Collecting aluminum cans to raise funds? Selling Grit?
How "late term" is ok for you? Before first grade starts?

Late term abortions??....It's murder....This doctor needs his spine removed, and I'd be happy to do it.

Well, many pro-life people do adopt children... no, never mind. People can't call themselves "pro-life" if they adopt kids.
