It basically tells ppl to use the toilets!
Oui to the outhouse and Non to pooping outside.
Guess the French doesn't think Americans can understand French :laugh2:

Don't forget that in Europe, there are a lot of countries touching France. All the road signs are in pictures not words, so it is easier for Europeans to drive without saying what the heck these words mean. I was just kidding about Americans not understanding French.
