    My opinion is that the sentence is too light for someone who took the life of another person.

    We need Hammurabi's Code to govern our system. I guarantee you our crime rates would drop dramatically.

    Yeah, I bet it would.

    I remember one law...

    If the person responsible for the death of another, that person must be put to death as well. If that person is already dead, then the son of that person must be put to death. If that person's son is already dead too, then that person's son's son will be put to death... etc.

    Its not only in SC, unreasonable verdicts are abound throughout the country. I wonder what the attorneys were looking for while they were selecting the jury.

    I wish that killer will sentence to life in prison or death penalty instead of 1.5 years in prison.

    I think USA take murder so seriously.

    It would be funny when majority of europeans are big pfft at SC's injustice issue.

    I'm very unhappy with SC but thankfully for not resident of SC.

    Wow I am sorry for those families suffer by those homophobic's bullshit. Having someone with bleeding in his car and he just do nothing but telling everyone that person who was bleeding are gay are very sick! I wish those people just disappeared and never existed anymore! :(
