Since 1990, NexTalk has focused on building communication platforms for the deaf and hard of hearing. We currently have three platforms, two of which are B2B platforms and one (ACCESS) which is a consumer platform (B2C). Historically we have partnered with third party companies to provide interpreting services on our Video Remote Interpreting platform, but we have come to the conclusion that we need to bring this function in-house so as to have better control.
