Would like to work at a Deaf school: Kendall, MSD Frederick or MSD Columbia. What are the pros and cons of each school? What are the students and staff like? Philosophy?
 
Are you kidding me? Apply each of them, take tours, and decide yourself.

MSD Frederick is the best school in east coast and you are more likely to get rejected if you're not Deaf enough. Deaf Clique big time!

I'm already doing interviews during my spring break. Just wanted some insider perspectives.
