that's bloody awful, why people seem to think animals are for throw around???
they animals have hearts, dammit some humans are really stupid, as people this is needing . i agree with you Angel989, yes they should be!... but this sort of thinking while 'good' is not going to help, as my old boss commited suicide for kidnapping a cruel 'dog owner' (my boss was the one ran the dog shelter- i dont work there anymore because it shelter shut down, only boarding kennel but 'heard' a couple months ago it back on...) but anyway...she got into real serious trouble for taking actions in her own hands...then pressure just broke her...
