Grab the leaves from a tree. I did this when I was survive one week at the camping at Catskill Mountains in 1987. No shower, toilet, etc.. We took a bath in the lake water and bathroom out of the woods. Wow, it was very challenge experience for me. No camping stove, etc.. we used bon fire to cook the meat, etc..
