Kentucky clerk refused have same sex marriages license!

Out she can just rot in jail till her time is up!
She is guilty of perjury in a federal court so any additional proceedings will be at federal, not state or local courts.
 
really hilarious that Westboro Baptist Church is protesting against Kim Davis.... accusing her for causing "fag marriage"

I thought she was in jail for contempt of court. When did she commit perjury in a federal court?

Yeah she refused to comply the U.S. supreme court ruling and federal
Appeals court. So that is the court she is in contempt of.

I am curious, what is your definition of perjury?
 
Oh well, if she can't be impeached due to KY's Christian politicians, let her have fun in prison. When she gets out, she will go back to jail if she still refuses the court order. She's not the goddess, that's why.

IMO, she's going down, farther down. Just wait and see.

Long stay in jail will pressure on her to resign due to decline of health - make her more sicker.

Be patient and she will resign - hopefully.

Impeachment is only one option to remove her from office and wipe her name off - it has done via state legislature with 2/3 vote.

My point is, if she is locked up long enough, she may decide to obey the law that was set down to her, not enforce her own beliefs.

NO WAY!! That judge's decision not governor!! What she thinking!! If she breaking more laws she will remain still in jails!!

Because for some us.this isnt about religion, nor even about lifestyle, oe lgbqta...(im one of those).
There are other issues involved besides those..
Everything is connected...
Issues dont exist in a vacume.
Though wierd it may be, but this issue can be discussed without bringing religion into it, even though religion is a prime factor, due to rules, we need to discuss it without it.
So be it.
