I cannot hear Fire alarms because of their high frequency.Can one get low frequency sound alerts?

I've never seen LF alarms but one's with strobe lights are available.

they look like this and I have those in my condo (my mom can only hear the LF but not the high frequency like I do. (she may not hear certain high tones)

I do hear LF, but not HF. If you live in an apartment, your landlord or leasing office is required to install your strobe lights. It's a law. If they don't know where to order, you can show the link to them. https://www.harriscomm.com/equipment/smoke-detectors/smoke.html
