I am hearing and I want learn more!

I started to take learn about 3 years ago because I had a friend who was HOH, she felt more comfortable signing. She took me some word and then at I want to take classes to learn more, lucky in my school we had an ASL class. I sign up and ever since then I fell in love with signing and the culture. I want to learn more and meet more people and make friends.

I am on the same boat! I don't anyone who is deaf or HOH. I am currently taking ASL 1. I am almost done though. I want to take ASL 2 but cant because I am hopefully starting my grad program. If i do not get in I am for sure going to take ASL 2. In the mean time, I need to find a way to become a part of the deaf community.
