Hi all, my name is Samantha and I'm 24 years old.
I'm deaf and I use a cochlear implant. I'm looking to meet new people that I can connect with.
I don't know anyone who is deaf and would love to meet some! Anyone interested?
 
Sup! I'm Deaf too - I don't have a CI yet but am getting one at the end of August. Nice to meet you ^.^
 
Welcome! So sad you don't know other dhh kids/young adults. Did you grow up mostly mainstreamed with little/no exposure to other dhh kids? I wish to heck they would encourage parents of dhh kids to contact the schools and programs for the Deaf, so their kids could at least know other kids just like them.
