I've been deaf since 2011 due autoimmune ear disease ,getting disability but want know is it possible to find work being deaf I need to replace my hearing aids as when I use them they help detect people's mouth moving ,making me learn to be a better lip reader so any ideas for inexpensive hear in aid on payment s or jobs for deafs

Depending on what country you live in. Some charity may be able to help you. But in the UK you can not work and claim benefits/welfare if you do you get heavy fines.
Might be a case of Google and asking your local area council or looking for deaf society in your area to help advice you better
